Leadership built under pressure, translated for what comes next.

I have spent over two decades leading Marines in some of the most demanding environments the Marine Corps assigns, from air traffic control systems where failure is not an option to executive-level staff. That experience did not make me rigid. It made me precise about what standards actually mean and what it costs to abandon them.

Outside the uniform, I teach undergraduate business at American Military University, lead one of the most active Student Veterans of America chapters in the country, write The Keep, and apply resilience-based leadership (RBLP) to nonprofit and civilian teams. I build in parallel because I believe the transition from service to significance is a design problem, not a default.
